From our base in Tyseley to every corner of the UK mainland — free delivery on every order, within 7 – 14 working days.

Where we deliver

We are based in Tyseley, Birmingham, and our delivery network reaches everywhere in the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every order, whatever your postcode — the table on our shipping policy shows the lead times by zone.

Birmingham & the West Midlands

Our own delivery van runs through Tyseley, Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Coventry and the wider West Midlands on a regular schedule. We will agree a delivery window with you the day before.

UK mainland

The rest of the UK mainland is served by our two-person delivery partners for garden sets, gazebos and other large items, and by Royal Mail / APC for smaller accessories. Allow 7 – 14 working days from order confirmation.

Highlands & Islands

Some highland and island postcodes (HS, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE) take a little longer and a small number of very remote locations may be excluded. If that affects you, we will contact you before dispatch — you will never be charged extra after ordering.
