Free UK mainland delivery on every order — lead times and how we deliver across Birmingham and the whole UK mainland.

Delivery areas at a glance

*Lead time runs from order confirmation. Larger and bespoke items are quoted individually.

How we deliver

• Own van — Tyseley and immediate area. We deliver from the showroom Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays during busy periods. You will get a four-hour window the day before.
• Two-person delivery service — UK mainland. For garden sets, gazebos, sofas and similar large items — in-room or in-garden placement, packaging removed if requested.
• Courier — small items and accessories. Royal Mail or APC for anything that fits a standard parcel.

What we ask of you

• Measure twice. Doorways, gates, stairwells, lift dimensions, low ceilings. If a piece will not fit, we are not able to refund the carriage of a wasted trip.
• Be in. Two-person delivery requires someone to sign. If we cannot deliver on the agreed date a re-delivery fee may apply.
• Tell us about access. Long driveways, narrow lanes, parking restrictions, rear-garden access — the more we know the smoother the day.

Click & collect

Pick up from the showroom at any time during opening hours — usually within a couple of hours of placing the order online for in-stock items. See the click & collect page for details.

International delivery

We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom. If you are forwarding a UK order through a freight agent, please get in touch first so we can quote palletising and consolidation.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when the order ships, with the carrier name and tracking link where one is available. For our own-van deliveries we will phone or text on the morning of the run.
