Swap it for something else

Changed your mind on size, colour or style? Within your 30-day return window we are happy to exchange an unused, undamaged item for another product of equal or greater value (paying only the difference).

How to arrange an exchange

Email support@loenzliving.co.uk or call +44 121 794 3525 with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will confirm availability and book the exchange with one of our delivery runs.

Carriage on exchanges

If the exchange is our mistake (wrong or faulty item sent), all carriage is on us. For change-of-mind exchanges, a fair collection charge may apply for bulky furniture — we will always quote it before you commit.

Condition

Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging where possible. Bespoke and made-to-measure items can only be exchanged if faulty.
