How pre-orders work

When an item is available to pre-order, the product page will show the expected dispatch window clearly before you buy. Payment is taken at the time of ordering to reserve your item from the incoming stock.

If the date moves

Occasionally a supplier shipment slips. If your expected dispatch date moves by more than 7 days, we will email you with the new date and the option to wait, choose an alternative, or cancel for a full refund.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund — see our order cancellation page. Once dispatched, our standard 30-day returns apply.
