Our commitment

Every product we sell is sourced to meet UK safety standards, including furniture fire-safety regulations where they apply — see our fire safety page for labelling details.

If a product is recalled

If a manufacturer or regulator issues a recall or safety notice on anything we have sold, we will contact affected customers directly by email and phone using your order details, explain the risk plainly, and arrange collection, repair or full refund at no cost to you.

Register a safety concern

If you believe a product you bought from us is unsafe, stop using it and contact us immediately on +44 121 794 3525 or support@loenzliving.co.uk. We log and investigate every report and escalate to the supplier and, where required, Trading Standards.

Check a product

You can check any UK recall at the government’s product recall pages. If you find one that matches an item you bought from us, tell us and we will confirm whether your unit is affected.
