Genuine reviews only

Reviews on this site come from verified customer orders. We ask for a review after delivery, and what you write — good or bad — is what gets published.

What we publish

We publish all genuine reviews that are on-topic and lawful. We only remove content that is abusive, contains personal data, advertises competitors, or is clearly fake. We never edit the substance or star rating of a review.

No paid praise

We do not pay for positive reviews and we do not post reviews written by staff, family or suppliers. Any incentive we ever offer is for an honest review, positive or negative.
