Missing or broken fixings

Flat-pack and garden furniture sometimes needs a spare bolt, bracket or canopy fitting. Email support@loenzliving.co.uk with your order number, the product name and a photo of the part or instructions page, and we will source it free of charge within your warranty period.

Assembly support

Stuck on step 7? Send us a photo of where you are up to and we will talk you through it. We can also arrange our assembly service in the West Midlands if you would rather we finished the job.

Repairs under warranty

Manufacturing faults within the warranty period are repaired or the part replaced free — see our warranty policy. Outside warranty we will still try to help with parts at cost.
