Every price you see on this site is the price you pay — UK VAT is included at the current rate. There are no hidden taxes added at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is free to every UK mainland postcode, with arrival in 7 – 14 working days. The price on the product page plus £0 delivery is your total.
VAT invoices
Need a VAT invoice for your business or records? Email support@loenzliving.co.uk with your order number and we will issue one within one working day. Trade customers should see our trade & bulk orders page.
Price changes
Prices can change between visits, but the price you pay is always the price shown at the moment you complete checkout. We honour the confirmed order price even if the item goes up the next day.
